you dont always get what you order!!!

so i ordered this 11 piece set because it fit my theme in my car..girly yet simple. when i received the product it was nothing like what is pictured. It was a 3 butterfly set that looked very cheaply made. i could have had the butterflies embroidered myself. When i called to tell the company that they sent the wrong item... i was told that the original item was no longer available and they gave me the next best thing. I wouldnt have minded BUT..they should have asked first like sent me an email asking if i wanted the new product or my money back!! and if the product is no longer available they should change the item online!!!! after about 2 weeks and help from Amazon reps i finally got my refund!!! wont order from them again!!
