Good for 2 Days

I just got this today so I cannot speak to endurance, but so far I am loving it. My car seat was killing my low back. Most car seats are designed so that your butt is lower than your knees. That is exactly how it should not be. Unlike the previous reviewer I had no trouble inflating this. There were no instructions but squeezing the valve opens it. You just let go to lock it. Initially my head was too close to the roof for comfort but I simply deflated a bit to adjust that. Very comfortable so far. I will probably order another for home desk chair. I have used the high density foam type but much prefer this for support. The fact that you can adjust the firmness to preference is a plus also. It even came with a patch kit. Good buy for money,BTW- I am a doctor of chiropractic so not unfamiliar with these. If it holds up to use I will be recommended this one for my patients.Edit/Update- Everything I said above was true- for a couple days. Now the valve is broken so that it will not hold air when I sit on it. Useless.

Doesn't stay inflated.

This inflatable cushion was hard to inflate and didn't stay inflated for more than a couple of hours after about a week of light use. At least it wasn't expensive.
