be prepared that this might not fit your seat belt buckle !

Shame I can't use it for what it is intended, as it will NOT fit into my seat belt buckle (Hyundai Genesis Coupe Track) , trust me I tried my hardest short of jamming it in by brute force, as I feared if I did that it would be stuck and I would not be able to remove it again without breaking something. I certainly did not want to risk breaking my seatbelt, and endangering my life in an accident over a neat gadget. Appearance wise it is cool, but the chrome has lots of tiny scratches on the finish which surprised me for a new boxed item and the "crystal" on the eye is cloudy plastic. I suppose I could grind the sides down of the latch part, which would remove the chrome finish, but for now its re-purposed as a decorative bottom of my cup holder (my car had 2 sizes which are adjacent and joined so it fits decently in the smaller holder and the buckle latch part fits toward the larger holder- think a figure 8 opening). I assumed (until now) that seatbelts were a universal size, my bad lol. Live and learn, and it would not be worth paying to return it---so its now a decoration, make lemonade ya know. The shipping was fast and decent packaging by the seller.
